This being an off plan project, it allows for extended payment periods of up to end of the construction period (Approximated to be November, 2025). For any new sale, you will need to make a 20% deposit. Thereafter, an additional 10% will be made when signing the sale agreement. The remaining 70% is spread across the construction period and should be cleared before handover of the unit to the buyer.
